Overview As a Product Analyst, you will drive the development of new technological products and enhance existing ones. You’ll work alongside talented teammates — graduates from top universities like MIPT, MSU, HSE, NES, and MEPhI. About the company Company Plata Card Plata is a Mexican unicorn founded by former Tinkoff team members.We are building the next-generation financial platform (Credit Cards, Cash Loans, BNPL, Investment) — and we’re just getting started. Responsibilities Use your analytical skills to design top-tier financial products Take ownership of the product and its performance metrics Develop performance metrics to enhance both products and workflows Derive actionable insights and generate innovative ideas through data analysis Conduct in-depth research and investigations Design and implement monitoring systems for products and operational processes Build informative reports and interactive dashboards Optimize customer journey mapping (CJM) and conversion funnels Evaluate the quality, coherence, and logic of business processes Develop effective incentive schemes for operational teams Test hypotheses aimed at process improvement Perform cost analysis to evaluate overall operational efficiency Requirements A mathematical or technical degree from a top university such as MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory Analytical mindset and systematic thinking Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions Experience in hypothesis testing and validation Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Superset Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team Working conditions Relocation support to our hub in Mexico with assistance for the employee and their family Flexible hybrid work from our office Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage €1000 Annual Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications €1000 Annual Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave Contacts Log In Only registered users can open employer contacts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
