We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and take ownership of sample inventory management across multiple business groups. Come join us and help shape the future of our sample fulfillment operations**Responsibilities**:- Manage replenishment planning and inventory for the sample fulfillment center, ensuring stability across all business groups.- Collaborate with product line managers to maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock.- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in replenishment, inventory control, and service levels.- Communicate effectively with customer service, sales teams, and product managers to implement business rules for sample and pail orders.- Oversee the identification and disposition of non-conforming inventory, including relabeling, reworking, or disposal, and obtain necessary approvals.- Coordinate with 3rd party providers, SHE, and Quality representatives to ensure timely requalification, disposal, and ERP system updates.- Track and document all approved disposal items and provide regular reporting to management.- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.**Required skills and experience**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, customer service, or logistics processes.- Experience with DOT, IATA, and IMO is a plus.- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel) is required.
