**Responsibilities**:Identify forecasting errors within specific categories and communicate with relevant teams.Adjust MRP settings to account for variances in forecasts.Place orders and schedule delivery of items based on demand forecast.Balance order size with inventory turns with best price in mind.Review shortage reports to determine requirements and overdue material to ensure mínimal backlog.Coordinate transfer of materials between multiple warehouses as required.Maintain supplier relationships.Expedite/Cancel orders as required.Maintain procurement records to document items or services purchased.Determine corrective actions regarding invoice discrepancies, (shortages, price discrepancies etc.)Assist in setting up part numbers as needed, including pricing, lead time, min order qty, primary and secondary supplier.**Requirements**:A college graduate with at least 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably within the aftermarket parts industry.Experience in indirect and direct purchases (preferably direct purchases).Advanced EnglishValid Visa and Passport to travel to the United States100% remote work.
