Responsible in executing a defined, acquired, and coordinated strategy that utilizes and administers the plant, equipment, tooling, materials, and financial resources necessary across strategic business units to convert Engineering designs into world class product at competitive costs, while generating acceptable returns to the Company.Role & ResponsibilityLead the development and implementation of best-in-class processes to assure customer satisfaction and execution of Sales, Inventory and Operations planPositive, constructive interaction of the plant with all North American functions and third-party logistics companyEnsuring all pre-determined KPI's are meet with the third-party logistics company.Recognition as good corporate citizens of the states and communities where we operate.Proven track record in implementing and maintaining safety protocols, improving operational efficiency, ensuring high product quality, and consistently achieving on-time delivery targets.Demonstrated success in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and achieve sustainable performance gains.Competitive product quality.Availability of product to meet demand.Execution of new product launches.Competitive product costsPlant profitability/return on assetsManage and maintain investments in property, plant and equipmentFoster a culture of growth and development for all functions within plant operations.Incorporates and empowers a culture of continuous learning and development (i.e., Development dialogs) within the plant team.Develop and implement performance management processes and systems to align with organizational goals and objectives.Job RequirementKnowledge of manufacturing processes and technology.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.Strong communication and decision-making skills.Fluent in English and Spanish - verbal and written.Any - bachelor's degree.10 years related experience in operations and supervision.10 - 24 % travel,Visa and Valid Passport.Certificates - Green Belt, Black Belt nice to have.Global Breadth - North America.
