Your tasks- Administrar y coordinar de la manera más eficiente los recursos del departamento de producción y mantenimiento, por medio de estrategias con base en los lineamientos (IATF 16949) y políticas de la compañía, con el propósito de lograr los objetivos definidos por la planta.- Control de presupuesto autorizado 38 millones mxn (promedio), Volumen de producción anualizada 39 millones piezas (promedio), Número de Subordinados 4 personas directas/ 1300 personas indirectas. Garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de planta.Responsabilidad:- Proveer los recursos pertinentes para el buen desempeño de los sistemas ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018, ISO50001:2018.- Dar seguimiento a los KPIs que representan el cumplimiento del sistema de ISO 14001 / ISO45001 / ISO50001.- Dar soporte a otras áreas en procedimientos de ESH donde tienen influencia.- Garantizar que sus equipos conocen, entienden y siguen las politicas de ESH.- Asegurarse de que los procesos generan las salidas previstas e informar sobre posibles mejoras- Asegurar la integridad de partes externas con los procedimientos locales de ESH.Autoridad:- Mejorar cualquier sistema de trabajo, integrar sistemas eficientemente mediante trabajadores, máquinas, materiales y procedimientos internos; delega responsabilidades- No desarrollar sus labores si su área de trabajo tiene condiciones inseguras que ponen en riesgo su integridad física, su seguridad, su salud o al medio ambiente, así como la de su personal a cargo.Liderazgo:- Expandir el compromiso con los Sistemas de Gestión de ESH desde su puesto a todo el personal que dirija y ofrecer apoyo a todos los empleados para conseguir las metas que se han marcado y obtener los resultados previstos.- Delegar autoridad de responsabilidad para asegurar que los sistemas de ESH serán conformes a la norma y comunicar su desempeño.**Profile**:- Bachelor´s degree completed ( preferably Master´s degree ).- Advanced level of english ( Interviews will be in english ).- Project management experience.- Continuous Improvement experience.- Lean manufacturing experience.- Budget Management.- Facilities, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and Production experience.- Microsoft Office (MS Project).- IATF 16949 (APQP) previous experience is required.- "Hands On" Style.- Problem solving Skills.**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
