Quality assurance engineer- **Quality Inspection and Testing**:- Conduct visual and functional inspections of PCBA components and assemblies to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.- Perform routine in-circuit and functional testing of PCBAs using automated and manual test equipment.- **Data Collection and Analysis**:- Collect and record data from inspection results and test processes.- Assist in analyzing test data to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement.- **Defect Identification and Reporting**:- Identify and document any defects or discrepancies found during inspections and testing.- Communicate findings and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection and test results.- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and documentation for review by senior staff.- **Process Improvement**:- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.- **Compliance and Standards**:- Ensure all quality assurance activities adhere to company policies and relevant industry standards such as IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technological advancements in PCBA quality assurance.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field.- Advanced English- Basic understanding of PCBA processes and components.- Familiarity with quality standards such as IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
