Our mission is to align your skills and expectations with the perfect opportunity — helping you land your dream job.One of our key clients is an **international company in the iGaming sector.**We are expanding and looking for a **Recruiter** to join our growing team***Key Responsibilities**:- Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms;- Reviewing and filtering CVs accurately;- Conducting initial interviews via phone or messaging apps;- Conducting interviews via Zoom or Google Meet;- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads;- Preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.- Minimum **1 year of experience** recruiting for roles in **sales, marketing, or customer service;**:- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques;- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;- Team player with adaptability and a proactive attitude;- Willingness to grow professionally in the **Human Resources** field;- Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously;- ** Fluent in Spanish and English.*****What We Offer**:- ** Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, flexible start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (7-hour workday: 6 working hours + 1-hour lunch);- ** Remote work format;**:- ** Stable salary payments** twice a month (1st and 15th) with a transparent KPI-based bonus system;- ** 28 vacation days per year;**:- A **friendly and supportive team** of young professionals with deep expertise;- ** Compensation for sports, English classes, and professional development courses;**:- A **modern, dynamic environment** with strong opportunities for career growth.
