Quality Process Specialist

Make It With Pride.**You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.**How you will contribute**You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:- Relevant experience in a laboratory.- Working efficiently on a team- Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements- Attending to detail and following written instructions- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing- Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time**Más información sobre este puesto.****Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición**:- Implementar y gestionar con un enfoque de cero pérdidas el cumplimiento de políticas de Calidad.- Elaboración, actualización y validación de programas de Calidad- Implementación, verificación y validación de controles de Calidad- Desarrollo e implementación de programas de comunicación y capacitación basados en QCM’s y FSSC 22000- Validación de pruebas industriales y desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos bajo los requerimientos de políticas internas y externas de Calidad- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPI’s de Calidad en el sistema QCM’s**Educación/ Titulaciones**:- Ing. Alimentos, Industrial, Químico o equivalente**Conocimientos específicos del puesto**:- Estadística, HACCP, FSSC, ISO 9001 y 22000- Sistemas Integrados, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM- Inglés intermedio- Experiência para trabajar en ambiente sindical- Power BI y SAP (deseable)**Horario laboral**:- Lunes a Viernes - jornada completa**No Relocation support available**:**Business Unit Summary**:**Mondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
