Manufacturing Reliability Engineer

Main Responsibilities Include Perform assessments for process changes and related investment requirements for cost studies. Understand engineering scope definition, Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s), sourcing, technical evaluations, design, manufacturing, and installation of air/mist/coolant collectors and filtration. Support and prioritize the Non-New Model (NNM) powertrain programs requests and ensure that approved programs are completed on time and within budget. Support all New Model (NM) program’s facilities aspects including site preparation and machine installation. Support flow activities on programs ensuring successful implementation and tracking (Scope, Timing, and Cost). Participate in the implementation of Stellantis Production Way (SPW) methodology, supporting all activities including deployment of advanced SPW tools and guiding systematic root cause problem-solving methods to address risks. Develop and improve processes, cutting tools, fixtures, touch detail, and equipment standards related to facilities infrastructure. Drive standardization across plants in all regions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline or 5 years of experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering. Ability to work and interact with all levels of the organization. Strong oral, written, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to translate technical data and analysis into an executive summary format for presentation in easily understandable formats. Ability to embrace cross-functional teams responsible for developing, specifying, building, and launching powertrain manufacturing processes. Knowledge of advanced problem-solving skills and ability to manage data analysis to identify root causes and resolve them. Knowledge of cost studies and strategic planning. Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Preferred 10 years of manufacturing experience, with Powertrain Manufacturing experience being a plus. Preferred 5 years’ experience in program management or a multi-tasking environment. Ability to work with cross-functional teams responsible for developing, specifying, building, and launching powertrain manufacturing products.
