Has detailed TR product knowledge and knows the business operations and systems to consult with internal and external customers.- Provides recommendations to project implementation team.- Conducts business and requirements sessions and formulates requirements into design/solution documentation.- Works with clients to translate their policy into our solutions.- Engage with other key teams such as Product Management & Engineering within Thomson Reuters as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions.- Designs, develops, and documents project deliverables per project timelines and budgets agreed with customers.- Provides training of end users and customer development staff in the functionality of products.- Prepares and execute test scripts and test cases- Provides ongoing support for escalated problems- Provides go-live support (e.g. customer inquiries, requests for ad hoc reporting assistance, miscellaneous research, advice on analytic methods)- Completes tasks independently.Do you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
