**Responsibilities**:- Manage metrology equipment (CMM, VMM etc.) know to create & execute program in CMM (MCOSMOS/PCDMIS hands-on experience).- Manage calibration of equipment.- Strong experience in measurements of tool steel & hardness measurement of steel.- Solid experience with PPAP documentation (Interpretation of full layout, CPK & GRR).- Experience in manufacturing of injection molds.- Maintain constant communication with clients and residents to provide immediate support and responses to the customer.- Establish and implement departmental objectives, procedures & instructions, Conferring with board members, organizational officials, and staff members as necessary.- Monitor customer performance & take actions.- Host External & Customer quality audits and take countermeasure in case of any finding.- Prepare and update quality reports & share with top management at defined interval.- Committed to quality area systems to ensure improvement actions are implemented to reduce internal & external concerns, rework and COPQ.- Conduct daily meetings with quality team to review quality performance.- Facilitate all lab activities like calibration, fixture validation, layout inspection & internal testing engineering**Requirements**:- Min. 3-5 years of experience in this position.- Engineering degree.- Strong experience in ISO, CMM, VMM programing & execution (MCOSMOS/PCDMIS).- PPAPS, Core tools, Quality tools Proficiency- Experience in manufacturing of injection molds preferable- English 80% is a must- Six-Sigma green belt certified prefered- Experience on ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949- Experience with managing quality objectives & KPIs.- Experience GD&TTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Manufacturing of injection molds: 5 años (Deseable)- Quality Engineer: 5 años (Obligatorio)- CMM, VMM programing & execution (MCOSMOS: 3 años (Obligatorio)- GD&T: 2 años (Obligatorio)- Six Sigma Tools: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- English 80% (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
