Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summarysupport our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Buyer located in Juarez, MexicoReporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct, buyer role involves working on coordinating activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and equipment.What a typical day looks like:- Reviews requisitions and MRP output.- Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery.- Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase.- Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output.- Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery and inventories.- Manages supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.- Expedites delivery of goods to users.- May plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle.- Interfaces with suppliers and customers to secure both delivery and the best market price.- Maintains procurement records, reports and metrics.- Solve AP issues.- Solve receiving discrepancies.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Previous experience working on purchase orders/ materials.- BA/BS degree.- Advanced English level.- Advanced excel.- ERP system knowledge.- Supply chain, purchasing and material knowledge is required.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.CP68Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
