Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.The **FP&A CoE Analyst** will be responsible for providing timely and accurate forecasting, reporting and analysis for HBO & HBO MAX programming, working with business finance counterparts to gather inputs and understand drivers.Specific responsibilities include:- Prepare preliminary forecasts for network meetings and month end reporting.- Reconcile actuals vs prior forecast/budget/prior year and provide variance analysis to explain performance.- Work with HBO and HBO Max programming FP&A to support the budget and long-range plan development.- Manage Ad Hoc analysis and financial data requests as needed, generating insights.- Demonstrate and maintain high standards of accountability to deliver quality financial information on timely basis to business FP&A.- Build strong relationships with business partner FP&A teams to enable the flow of information and knowledge sharing.- Support development of systems and tools. Support process simplification initiatives.- Participate in meetings with business finance partners to understand forecast drivers and present prepared forecast and analysis data.**Basic qualifications**- At least 2 years’ experience in forecasting and analysis.- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in excel and experience in financial modelling.- Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.- Strong analytical and numerical skills.- Critical thinker and problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proven ability to build confidence and trust with department members and external business partners.- Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment.- Working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite.- Bachelors’ degree in Finance or Accounting required.**Preferred qualifications**- Understanding of television and production business.- Experience in Shared Services Centers.**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
