We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.To strengthen our Global IT Hub in LATAM, we are looking for an IT Solution Architect - Analytics Technology within our Analytics, Data and Integration (ADI) team. In this position, you will be accountable for technical architecture activities within and across Product teams. As a Solution Architect, you will provide the necessary leadership, experience, analysis and design tasks related to the development of a set of products within the Analytics Technology Product Group. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects and suppliers to ensure that the value planned is delivered in the most optimal way. You will work as part of DevOps teams and be accountable for supervising the design as well as the execution within the scope, owning the solution architecture specification.**Key Responsibilities**:- Deliver the architectural design for multiple products, providing your expert input into the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution.- Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures, or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture.- Define the guidelines, standards and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.- Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance.- Engage with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Security and IT Platforms teams to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.- Lead IT technical discussions and collaborate with Product managers and other stakeholders (eg: Enterprise Architecture, Network, Security etc.,).- Resolve variety of high impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.- Develop reusable architecture patterns.- Serve as a platform lead and key architect for the Product Managers.- Serve as coach to Tech Leads, developers and analysts.- Partner closely with Application management service providers (system integrators) and collaborate with our software partners on strategic technology topics.**Required Profile**:- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, maths, statistics or related discipline. Or you are able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience.- A strong understanding of all aspects of Data and Analytics Technology Platforms including Data Management, Business Intelligence, Machine learning and Data Governance.- Most likely you will come from a data and analytics background, with 8+ years’ experience of building and architecting Analytical solutions and platforms (at scale)- Prior experience of working within the consumer goods industry or you have significant transferable business domain experience- Prior experience in establishing multiple large-scale Data and Analytics platforms with high levels of automation.- Deep technical expertise in one or more of the following technologies within our portfolio and with a good understanding across all. The technologies include: SAP BW, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Data Governance Technology (incl. Data Catalogs & Data Quality), SAP Business Objects/SAP Analytics Cloud, Alation, Power BI, KNIME and Celonis.- Demonstrate strong technical capabilities including discussions with Enterprise Architecture, Network, Security and Integration teams.- Ability to quickly comprehend the complex business requirements and capabilities of new technologies- Proven track record turning business needs into scalable Data and Analytics architectures- Exposure to working with and integrating multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments- Ability to propose and estimate the financial and operational impact of solution architecture alternatives- Project Management experience would be desirable, working with decentralized teams in multiple locations.- A good understanding of data engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.- Strong experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.- An appreciation for data democratization and the FAIR data principles.
