Lead major logistics transformation projects and drives ongoing networks distribution modeling efforts to ensure that low operational cost and high service expectations are optimized by using Lean principles.Primary Accountabilities:- Develop and strengthen lean culture in logistics organization- Training and certify people as champion (green belt).- Coordinate/Leading development of project (Short, medium and long term) as wells as improvement initiatives portfolio, through cross functional organization.- Kpi management and continuos improvement- Lead and prepare annual logistics cost saving workshop**Required Skills**:- University graduate in Engineering, business administration or related- 3 years of experience in Supply Chaing- English advanced- Project Management- Course Green Belt or internal Champion Certification- Good communication and influence skills- Office package (excel, power point)- Analytical skills- Logistics Knowledge- Leadership skillsToolsOffice (excel Avanzado, VBA, PowerPoint, MS Project), SAP
