In this role, FP&A associates focus on the development of the ES specific annual operating plan, five-year strategic plan and various transformational programs. It also forecasts and executes the budget. This role frequently interacts with ES SVP, management, and IT Finance leadership.**What will you be doing?**- Financial Planning for Enterprise Solutions manages, global, sector and corporate financial performance through action-oriented analytical insights and financial tools.- In this role, FP&A associates focus on the development of the ES specific annual operating plan, five-year strategic plan, and various transformational programs.- It also forecasts and executes the budget.- This role frequently interacts with ES SVP, management, and IT Finance leadership.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)- Fluent English.- 5+ years of experience and practical exposure in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control.
