Job Responsibilities
  • 10+ Years of Oracle EBS Experience in functional experience.
  • End to End lifecycle experience in delivering Oracle EBS R12 Implementation/Rollouts and support projects.
  • Functional/business processes experience in mapping with Oracle EBS system design.
  • Expert in Oracle EBS supply chain modules (SCM) including order management, shipping, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse management (WMS).
  • Manufacturing modules, including ASCP planning, Bill of material, and Work-in-process knowledge, would be a plus.
  • Experience in Oracle Support engagements involving Oracle EBS R12.2 Clients.
  • Good understanding of Oracle integration with 3rd party systems and label processing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand the business user's pain and address it on the fly.
  • Excellent experience in solving business critical issues (P1/P2) and working closely with Oracle Support if required by raising SR.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in large and complex ERP business environments.
  • Spanish speaking is a must.
