Discovery WBD. This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations.The Daily- Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures- Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO’s correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.)- Review PCard statement submissions for compliance- Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems- Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where neededThe Essentials- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred- Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and SAP is preferred- Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)- Should have a complete understanding of the PTP process- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently- Proven track record in meeting deadlinesThe Perks- Exclusive Warner Bros.
