**Satellite Teams in search of a CPA Controller who will work for LA - US based real estate investment. He /She will be responsible for all accounting-related activities, including high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and finance activities, within a company. He/She typically reports to a firm's chief financial officer (CFO). As Controller he/she will assist with the preparation of the operating budgets, overseeing financial reporting and performing essential duties relating to payroll.****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Preparing budgets and managing important budgeting schedules throughout an organization. This includes the collection, analysis, and consolidation of financial data.- Maintaining the annual budget, the controller position monitors variances, summarizes trends and investigates budget deficiencies.- Reports material budgeting variances or expenditure variances to management.- Monitors of a company's financial health.- Prepares and creates analytics for Financial Statement and Monthly Portfolio- Prepares Audit Review, understand Audit planning and Recommendations.- Prepares and Creates Variance and Utility Analysis- Calculates the bottom line or meeting tax, permit, and licensing requirements- Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets- Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures- Communicate financial metrics to senior management**QUALIFICATIONS**- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field- +5 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role- Strong interpersonal and knowledge of accounting principles; US -GAAP- Experience working with Quickbooks.- Exceptional organization and attention to detail- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively- Analytical skills, problem-solving and critical thinking- Good communication skills- Ability to work closely with a senior management teamTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horas
