Since we were founded in 2012, we've stuck to our values and our commitment to foster a "No Jerks, No Egos" culture, which is a big reason we've gone from a scrappy startup to a Nasdaq-listed company and the industry-leading partner for the home in less than eight years.At Porch Group, no two days will ever be the same and you'll have the opportunity to help solve big problems, with a refreshing balance of team support and ownership of your work.The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it, as our **Talent Acquisition Specialist.****WHAT YOU WILL DO**- Work with hiring managers and to fill open requisitions for a wide range of non-exempt positions.- Provide hiring managers with up-to-date recruiting status activity on regular basis.- Recommend alternative solutions to difficult to fill positions.- Provide offer recommendations and drive the offer negotiation process reviewing multiple factors: market pressures, internal equity, business need.- Provide work leadership to less experienced team members.- Being obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position: from beginning to end, you master the hiring process and prove that you are a valuable asset to the company.- Partnering with business leaders to determine staffing needs. Building valued and trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers.- Proactively developing talent pipeline, seeking out talent, nurturing relationships, assessing talent for organizational 'fit' ahead of business demand to meet strategic talent goals.- Being responsible for partnering with all roles and at all levels in the organization.
