Overview Senior Manager, Investment Communications (Latin America) is responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of the GWM investment communications strategy across GWM Latin American markets. The role requires deep expertise in investment content, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage platforms, processes, and stakeholder relationships across multiple countries. Responsibilities Ensure regional communications are consistent, high quality, and align with the global strategy. Drive the adoption of the global thought‑leadership collaboration platform and drive alignment of messaging across markets. Oversee the creation, translation and adaptation of investment insights and support the build‑out of communication frameworks and templates. Lead the regional rollout and governance of the global thought‑leadership platform, ensuring efficient workflows and adoption by local teams. Partner with compliance and other teams to ensure processes meet regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between Global Investment Communications and regional team/business leaders and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness. Provide regular reporting and insights to inform continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in the investment/wealth management industry, preferably in a high‑net‑worth environment. Bilingual (Spanish & English). Proven ability to successfully lead the execution of complex projects. Strong project management skills and ability to work independently, manage a very high level of volume, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills – experience working with wealth advisors is considered an asset. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite.
