Job Description Reporting to the Design Director, as Senior Designer in the production and adaptation space, you will work with experienced team of diverse designers in creating compelling, high-quality content for our clients. You will work with a globally dispersed team, across AI developed imagery and videos, statics, motion graphics, illustration, social media content, and branded assets. Your expertise in static and motion design, along with your ability to create and adapt these using AI and localise content for different markets, will be crucial in meeting client needs. You'll deliver assets, implement templated approaches for localization efforts, and use AI tools such as Pencil Pro to refine and enhance the design process. Responsibilities Support and collaborate with the design team, providing assistance with creative tasks and ensuring the team stays on track. Attend project reviews to gain insight into the creative process, ensuring the work meets client expectations. Assist with the adaptation and localization of content, ensuring that designs meet the specific requirements of each market. Work with design software, including Figma as well as the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), to create assets as needed. Support the team by helping to utilize AI tools like Pencil Pro to streamline design production and improve workflow efficiency. Assist in creating both static and motion design assets while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and platform specifications. Contribute to design ideas and help the team create engaging visuals for social media, digital, and other channels. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in design, preferably within an agency or creative environment. Familiarity with key design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Experience in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender). Knowledge of social media design best practices and how to create assets optimized for different platforms. Familiarity with AI tools like Pencil Pro to assist with design production and efficiency is a plus. Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with teammates, project managers, and clients.
