As an innovation partner and solutions provider, LEONI supports its customers with pronounced development and systems expertise.**We are looking for**:**Team Leader Non-Production Purchasing**MX-DUR-Durango - DUR **Tasks**:- Coordinates all purchasing activities within the NPP team in their corresponding operating plant.- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the purchasing process and pushes the implementation of the same- Leads and supports the achievement of the objectives of the NPP department as well as those in your area of responsibility that impact the results of their respective operating plant- Manages and supervises the correct recording of negotiated cost reductions both for capex and spending purchases.- Supervises the correct realization and in the indicated time, the reports of orders of expenditure and capex of their respective operating plant- Management of personnel in your area of responsibility (allocation of resources, evaluation, monitoring and leadership).- Ensure that the budget/cost of planning, planning, is profitable for LEONI.- Develop procedures and performance indicators- Coordinates activities between departments, monitors results to ensure the fulfillment of objectives. Encourage among people in your charge so that carry out ideas for improvement, promote independence and confidence- Ensures the exchange of information between work teams- Identifies cost reduction ideas using all available levers, leads and tracks its implementation- Leads negotiations on costs, terms and conditions according to purchasing standards (C5a)**Skills**:- Bachelor's degree- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and leading teams- English B2- Advanced Excel and SAP- Ability to make decisions, kindness and service attitude- Proactivity, honesty
