TasksResponsible of creation of Technical Specifications for New Equipment / Production Line purchase and introduction according to project / customerrequirments, following Continental Standards.Participate strongly in the development and evaluation of technology providers as well as suppliers.quipment Project Management Engineer, administrates manufacturing equipment launching to the different Focus Factory in the continentallocations.Administrates Work Team Engineers in order to develop and launch satisfactorily new production lines.Provides support and monitors the key indicators of the projects in charge.RFQ document creation in coordination with engineering work team- Responsible for New Equipment / Production Line purchase and introduction according to project / customer requirments, following Continental Standards- BuyOff attendace on supplier location to validate SPEC vs Equipment..- Coordinate with work Team Members and Core Team to validate Equipment MSA/MCA.Responsible for delivery his assembly processes.- Join the Equipment installation audit and PV Validation.- Coordinate work Team Members after line release to transfer the lines to Maintenance - Process Engenieering.- Actively participate in the local Technology suppliers development.Actively participation in the concept review ( lean check, workshops, design review, etc).- Communication with Controlling department to estimate Yearly Investment Budgetary (New Equipment Introduction)- Overall Milestone plan preparation to achieve New Production Equipment / Line introduction and release.- Supplier Tracking and Equipment Status Monitoring.- Permanent communication with Engineering Work team to support the product launch after equipment installation.Actively participate in the development of Technology suppliers as well as suppliers of materials and Consumables- Maintain periodic communication with MP, Q and LPL about new projects, as well as advances in those already started- Join the equipment installation audit and PV validation- After the installation transfer the document to Maintenace - Process EngineeringJoin the concept review (lean check, design reviews, etc.)- Maintain a standard and adequate design in the equipment developed, following the guidelines established by him and at Continental's worldwidelevel- Participate in the introduction of new products from the initial stages (Design review for manufacturing) until the start of production. Collaborate inthe sample runs.Enviroment and Energy (ISO-14001 e ISO-51000)- Safety and Heath at work (OHSAS-18001)- Chemical substances, dangerous residues, fire extinguishers, emergencies.- Safety and Health regulations at work.Knowledge of Fundamental TPM.ctively participate in trainings and coaching sessions for CBS Tools implementation: Standard work, Technical cleanliness, Jidoka, 5s, CIM.ctively participate in activites related to Safety and Health at work, environment and energy.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.- MBA preferred due to profile environment (project management, people leading, financial analysis, international networking).- Advanced level of english is required.- 3 years of experiences in process technology and equipment management.
