Commissioning Coordinator

Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.We are looking for a **Commissioning Coordinator**to support the planning, coordination, and documentation of commissioning activities for **data center projects**, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety and performance standards.**Responsibilities**Planning and Execution Support- Assist in the preparation and revision of commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.- Track inspection activities and support functional testing of electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., power distribution, lighting, HVAC).- Monitor and document **Request for Information (RFI)** workflows related to commissioning deliverables.- Record findings, issues, and corrective actions during commissioning processes.Coordination and Communication- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure commissioning activities meet technical and scheduling requirements.- Support cross-functional collaboration and provide assistance to commissioning team members.- Participate in meetings and maintain status updates for commissioning milestones.Quality Assurance Support- Assist in quality audits and validate compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.- Support on-site testing activities and help ensure that documentation is complete and accurate.Documentation and Reporting- Prepare and manage commissioning documentation, including:- Energization sequences- Inspection logs- Functional test reports (e.g., FATs, FWTs)- Technical forms and completion records- Ensure all documents are reviewed, approved, and properly archived for handover.Schedule Monitoring- Support schedule tracking for commissioning tasks and monitor delivery timelines of key equipment and systems.**Qualifications**- ** 3-5 years of experience** in industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical construction projects.- Technical degree in **Electrical**, **Mechanical**, or **Mechatronic Engineering** preferred.- Familiarity with commissioning procedures, test protocols, and technical documentation.- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaborative platforms.- Fluent in **Spanish and English**, with strong written communication and attention to detail.**Additional Information**:- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
