Guided by values of trust, integrity, entrepreneurial execution, proactivity, and genuine care, we bridge the gap between visionary design and sound investment.**What We’re Looking For**:COMUNAL is seeking an experienced and business-minded Legal Manager to lead and oversee all legal matters across the company’s operations. This role is critical to our continued growth, ensuring that all our real estate, corporate, and commercial activities are executed with legal rigor and aligned with institutional standards.You’ll be the main legal point of contact for internal teams and external counsel, working directly with leadership on high-impact projects. This position requires at least 5 years of legal experience, ideally with a combination of law firm and in-house experience, and a deep understanding of real estate transactions and corporate law.**Key responsabilities**:- Lead and manage all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, development agreements, and lease negotiations.- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex contracts including construction agreements, supplier and vendor contracts, financing documents, and service contracts.- Supervise and coordinate legal due diligence processes for new developments or investments.- Advise senior management on legal risk, compliance, regulatory matters, and contractual obligations.- Oversee and manage external legal counsel in litigation, corporate structuring, and transaction support.- Develop internal legal processes and policies to ensure operational compliance and risk mitigation.- Monitor evolving legal frameworks in real estate, labor, environmental, and financial matters to ensure full legal compliance.- Licensed attorney with a law degree and at least 5 years of experience, preferably a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience.- Demonstrated expertise in real estate law, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.- Experience working with institutional investors, developers, or real estate funds is highly desirable.- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong drafting and negotiation skills in both languages.- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.- Ability to work independently and interface confidently with executives, clients, partners, and regulators.- Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills.**What We Offer**:- Join an award-winning luxury hospitality brand in growth mode.- A collaborative, dynamic, and creative work environment.- Opportunities to learn and grow alongside a passionate marketing team.- Access to unique travel and lifestyle experiences as part of the Paradero family.ios1RkCmvc
