Descripción y detalle de las actividadesIn this Sr. SQE role, the collaborator will execute Supplier Quality core processes according with Automotive standards and Customer Specific Requirements. As a Senior level will be asked to support management to improve processes and maintain quality metrics and define new metrics as neededThe Sr. SQE will need to have background on Project management, Problem solving methodology, Teamwork and continuous Improvement mindset as this position requires very close collaboration with our supplier base to initiate improvement projects toward reducing quality incidents due to components at both internal and end customerFor this position it is required to have experience and interaction with suppliers of Electrical ComponentsActivities/ Experience:- Be part of the supplier selection process by establishing Supplier Quality Agreement and confirm manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement mindset through a process control Audit.- Lead supplier engineering activities to complete Supplier PPAP for new components into new programs for Automotive products.- Revision and Validation of Process Change Notifications (PCN) from our supplier base to assure changes made by suppliers will not have any impact from a quality/cost perspective.- Support Customer QE. team from North America, Europe, and Japan to escalate quality cases with our suppliers to assure adequate response time and quality of the 8D.- Knowledge of Electrical components manufacturing processes.
