You will serve as a key legal advisor, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth transactions by interfacing with clients, notaries, trustees, and the internal team.**Your Responsibilities**:- Learn and utilize internal systems efficiently.- Adhere to and refine company legal procedures.- Manage client communications and maintain relationships.- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and contracts relevant to real estate.- Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes.- Schedule and manage meetings and calls with relevant parties.- Provide legal advisory services in corporate and real estate law.- Develop and expand business relationships and source new clients.- Mentor and guide legal assistants within the team.- Achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).**Your Skills and Qualifications**:- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.- Holds a law degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate and real estate law.- Proficient in Civil and Foreign Investment Law, various trust types, and contract law.- Technologically adept with strong skills in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Asana, and Apple Mac OS.- Renowned for being punctual, reliable, and highly productive.- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.**About You**:- You’re looking for a new opportunity in which you can learn and grow in the legal field.- You want to be a part of growing something that will become bigger than what it is now.- You are proficient in English and Spanish languages.- You are great with technology.- You get things done; people would describe you as a can-do, do-er with a go-getter personality.- You get things done ON TIME.
