Their always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from their innovation ecosystem.We are currently searching for a strong **SAP Abap**:**Requirements**:- Development for specific projects requests, ensuring the understanding of the business.- Execute and document WF SAP requirements for projects according to governance.- Strategic Area GrowthSupports and provide input to Business managers and workflow abap development leader.- Early Life Support / go live support- Ensure no disruptions in production environment after any implementation.- Training for Sustain after every project development- Incident Management- Responsible for guaranteeing incident management process execution as defined and using Service Now in hypercare.- Change Management- Responsible to execute changes derived of hypercare after implementation.- 2 years SAP Workflow ABAP Knowledge- Experience in SAP Master Data**Leadership**:- Ability to translate business relevance into technical concepts.- Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively with assistance.- Cooperates with others and responds to customers and team members- Interacts with end users and team members in supporting projects requirements**Personality**:- Excellent analysis, communication and documentation skills- Problem solving skills and attention to details- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities- Takes actions to remedy unexpected trends, issues in a timely manner.- Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze and interpret business and systems requirements**Educational**:- IT Engineer- SAP Certification Workflow : Concepts, Inbox Template Usage, Build and Use, Web Scenarios, Programming, ABAP-OO- General Knowledge in ABAP- Approval**Languages**- Advanced Oral English.**Note**:- Fully remoteKeywords:Master Data, Life Support, Business
