Talent is our world.****The Role**:Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.It’s not just about **what** **you do it’s also about **how** you do it.In the Sourcing Centre of Excellence, we are committed to setting you up for success by giving you clear goals together with the training, development and support that is needed to achieve them.**Typical performance measures include**:- Data completion and accuracy- 100% compliance with all mandatory AMS and Client required training.**Key Accountabilities**:- Act as a_**_ _**_Trusted Adviser_**- Partner with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure that you’re using talent intelligence to influence your client stakeholders and hiring outcomes. Proactively ensure you’re bringing insight and intelligence to recruiting discussions at the beginning of the process.**_Attract, source & engage_**- Demonstrate innovative, critical thinking and a commitment to ongoing professional development within your role, so you can support your client to hire the best talent _in_ the market, not just those who are actively _on_ the market.**_Enable success_**_ _in others_- As a senior member of the team, act as a point of contact for SME advice and expertise.- Play an instrumental role in mentoring and guiding others and contribute to the broader strategy and objectives within your team.**Skills & Experience**:- Prior experience in recruiting for Tech Sales roles is required.- Must be bilingual in English & Spanish- Demonstrable mastery in recruiting and/or sourcing techniques with the ability to use data and in-depth market knowledge to inform sourcing strategies and create and adapt detailed sourcing plans to fill specialist and niche hiring needs.- Mastery of a broad range of passive sourcing techniques and technologies including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut and in house ATS or CRM technologies.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.- Experience of using a range of tools and systems including in house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows and/or other similar products and confident using the internet to research and find information to design more impactful sourcing strategies**Other**:At AMS, different is not just good, it’s valuable.
