Descripción y detalle de las actividadesSupport Chubbies operation related to any transaction of Mexicali and Grapevine warehouses (Sales orders, Transfer orders, Purchase orders), ensure systems transactions are aligned and reflect the same information on fulfilment, cycle count, or any inventory adjustment transaction related.Assistant on Chubbies logistic coordination and execution on system update related to POs system sync, additionally quote and coordinate any US domestic freight shipments or project related.Manage any additional needs, tasks or Chubbies projects related to warehouse operation on Mexicali and Grapevine coordinating with FBS teams for execution.Support on Mexicali warehouse customs legal warehouse updates, restriction and/or process update implementation to reports and import/export process.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor inbound / outbound shipments and ensure info in uploaded into NS.- Review and ensure FBS Lapsed orders are cleaned out weekly.- Review and ensure Inmar transfers are complete weekly.- Ensure TO meet desired on time fulfillment.- Manual ASN adjustments for Amazon.- New item dimension and weight update into Net Suite and Ship Hero.- Weekly OPS metrics update.- Coordinate JDG / Prodensa / Chubbies weekly meeting.- Annex 24 inventory reconciliation with FBS assigned import / export administrator.- Coordination of QC requests with QA manager and FBS.- Maintain and update monthly outbound parcel costs in BI tool (Looker).- Liaison with CX on fulfillment related issues.- Support Logistics metric reporting.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Admin or similar.
