To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.THE ROLE:**Program Management Analyst - Warranty**- Facilitate/maintain/publish weekly Current Model Quality agenda, follow-up assignments, and SharePoint site.- Facilitate/maintain/publish weekly VPQR agenda, presentation content, and follow-up assignments.- Provide weekly data to support Quality actions and issue resolution timing.- Pull weekly Quality (BSAQ) reports and alert teams of overdue and upcoming BSAQ Project closures.- Pull biweekly Early Claims Binning reports:- Manually update with previous pulled report and notes- Maintain master file for cross-function collaboration- Manage and facilitate yearly PVT Residents Week Summit:- Coordinate training topics and presenters (Cross-Functional) training event- Coordinate off-site training events- Coordinate social events for team building during PVT Summit- Prepare Quality department budget forecast for upcoming year- HC / Travel / OT / PS- Prepare monthly department 'All Hands' meetings- Prepare announcements for anniversaries, rewards and recognitions.- Provide and support problem solving and data analysis on special projects/new tasks.- Coordinate, schedule and manage monthly Lunch & Learn topicsWHAT YOU’LL NEED:**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree required- 3+ years project management experience**Preferred Requirements**:- Excellent project management skills- Highly proficient in MS Project, MS Office, MS VISO and Excel- Excellent interpersonal and assertiveness skills required- Strong leadership skills, ability to build relationships and manage multiple product lines- Goal oriented, self-starter with ability to work with mínimal supervisionCOMPANY DESCRIPTION:DISCLAIMER:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.**Id. de solicitud asignado automáticamente**58277BR**Nível Idioma Inglés**Avanzado**Disponibilidad para viajar**SI**Rotación de turnos**No**Frecuencia de viajes**1-2 por mes**Tipo de Contratación**GSR
