Join us in defining tomorrow's transportation as we shape the future of mobility.**Job Description**:As a Junior Frontend Web Developer, you will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will contribute to the development of our brand sites, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Utilizing your skills in JavaScript, React or Angular, and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus), you will be instrumental in driving our agile development processes and practicing Test Driven Development (TDD). Collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail are key attributes we value as you work within a dynamic team environment.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to release software in an iterative and frequent manner- Develop frontend web software using React framework and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and libraries- Gain insights into the relationship between Corporate sites and eCommerce platform by collaborating with architects, anchors, and other product teams- Pair with software engineers to deliver user stories and contribute to working software- Share support responsibilities with the team**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience and education- 1-2 years of experience with JavaScript and frontend web technologies- 1-2 years of experience with frontend reactive frameworks (React or Angular)- 1 year of experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus- 1-2 years of experience with agile methodologies and working as a software engineer in a Product Development Organization (PDO) team- 1 year of experience with Test Driven Development methodology- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail- Effective communication skills in English (fluent proficiency required)Nice to Have:- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and libraries- Familiarity with web and mobile accessibility standards- Understanding of microservices architecturePerks:- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm- Modality: Full-time, Ideal Hybrid (1-2 times a week) or Remote- Competitive salary: $27,000 to $33,000 MXN Gross Monthly- Benefits package including Major Medical Expenses, Life Insurance, 30 days of bonus, 85% holiday premium, food vouchers, savings fund, work-at-home bonus, flexible compensation, performance bonus, PTU, and pension plan.What You'll Receive in Return:As part of our company, you'll enjoy excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous paid time off, retirement plans, incentive compensation, and more.
