**RESPONSABILITIES**- Management, planning, and implementation of promotional events according to MKT strategy.- Develop and implement promotional materials according to the specific indication for a high specialty product.- Management of administrative processes.- Constant contact with the sales force to follow up on the implementation of tactics and activities.- Field outings with the sales force.- Contact and negotiation with suppliers.- Analyze and monitor the market to detect business opportunities against the competition.- Active contribution in planning and implementing the brand's business plan.- Contact and follow-up with specialist doctors.- Update market trends for the creation of business strategies and market opportunities.- Identify customers to carry out strategies for distributors, pharmacy chains, etc.**REQUIREMENTS**- Administrative careers, Life science or similar degree- Comprehensive knowledge of administrative processes and their management- General understanding of the pharmaceutical industry- Strong project management capabilities, especially related to event planning and promotion.- Proficient in developing promotional materials tailored to specific product indications.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining constant contact with the sales force and specialist doctors.- Negotiation skills, especially when dealing with suppliers.- Analytical skills to interpret market data and detect business opportunities against competitors.- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.- High adaptability to changing market scenarios and business requirements.- Positive & proactive- IPSEN is an equal opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful discrimination.
