**Location**: Apodaca, NLE, MX, 66614**Company**:Corning**Purpose of Position.****To improve and sustain maintenance reliability and low maintenance costs*******Responsibilities**:- Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented- Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques- Key roll designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods;- Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and making adjustments as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.- Improving health and safety policies and procedures- Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost**Requirements**:- 2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance area- Experience developing maintenance strategies- Experience handling Computerizing Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)- Project management- Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing- Management and control of maintenance costs- Spare parts and tooling management- Root cause analysis experience- Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred)
