Estamos buscando un **Sales Lead** con perfil de **player-coach**: alguien que combine ejecución directa en ventas con la capacidad de construir y liderar un equipo comercial. Este rol requiere una persona que disfrute tanto de **salir a vender y cerrar acuerdos personalmente**, como de diseñar procesos y formar un equipo que pueda replicar resultados.**Responsabilidades**- Realizar prospección activa en campo y vía telefónica.- Cerrar acuerdos directamente con clientes.- Diseñar y documentar procesos de ventas y guiones comerciales.- Reclutar, entrenar y supervisar un equipo de representantes de ventas.- Acompañar a los vendedores en campo y asegurar cumplimiento de metas.- Monitorear KPIs de adquisición y productividad del equipo.- Reportar avances y proponer mejoras continuas.**Requisitos**- Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Mercadotecnia o afín.- **3+ años de experiência en ventas directas y liderazgo de equipos.**:- Historial comprobable de **cumplimiento y superación de metas comerciales.**:- Experiência en uso de CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive o similar).- Alta capacidad de negociación, comunicación y organización.- Disponibilidad para actividades de campo.**Ofrecemos**- Sueldo base competitivo + esquema variable atractivo.- Oportunidad de construir y liderar un equipo comercial desde cero.- Crecimiento profesional acelerado en una empresa en etapa de expansión.- Ambiente dinámico y orientado a resultados.**KPI iniciales esperados (primeros 3 meses)**- Generar resultados directos de ventas semanales.- Reclutar y entrenar un equipo inicial de 2 representantes.- Documentar y estandarizar el proceso de ventas.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 66260, Residencial San Agustín Primer Sector, N.
