Project Coordinator

The position we are hiring for is a Bilingual position Project Coordinator. This position includes managing workflow for maintenance work orders on residential properties assigned by our clients. Project Coordinators will accept work orders from clients and then coordinate vendors in the field to complete the jobs.Project Coordinators must complete research and recruit vendors as necessary. Project Coordinators are also responsible for contacting tenant at the property to coordinate access for field vendors and relay information.
