Job Description**Digital Marketing Specialist****Responsibilities**:- Minimum 1-3 years experience in data-driven digital marketing and/or performance marketing (experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred).- Hands-on expertise in building and managing paid campaigns across paid social, content syndication, and programmatic display media channels, ensure consistent naming conventions and accurate ad tracking across all channels and vendors.- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on ads, lead generation forms, and landing pages to maintain high standards and accuracy.- Partner with our design agency to produce best-in-class ads and landing pages that support campaign goals.- Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights, recommendations, and takeaways to help drive business growth.**Requirements**:- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data-driven digital marketing or performance marketing; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.- Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data and metrics to inform decision-making.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and translate data trends into actionable insights.- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies.- Experience in digital advertising, specifically in trafficking and tracking, is a plus**.****Basic Qualifications**:- High attention to detail, with the ability to foresee and resolve issues.- Strong quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.- Ability to prioritize effectively and strictly adhere to deadlines.Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).**The intelligent heart of customer experience**Zendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
