**PCE TECHNOLOGY DE JUÁREZ/FOXCONN GROUP (SAN JERÓNIMO)****Solicita**:**Quality Manager****Descripción y Requisitos****Job tittle**:Quality Manager**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives (KPI's, FPY, OBE, Scrap, customer complaints) and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.- Develops quality assurance plans; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.- Maintains and improves product quality, company standards, quality system, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop process improvements, manufacturing, and training methods.- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies and corrective actions- Oversee the corrective actions/preventive actions (CAPA) results from audit process.- Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; participating in professional certifications.- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.- Evaluate Worldwide Best Practices and sharing with business units**Requirements for the job**:- **Formal Studies**: engineering Degree (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanics)- ** Experience**: minimum 5-year experience, Minimum 6 sigma green belt certification, knowledge in Lean Manufacturing/6 sigma green belt certification, Lean manufacturing.- ** English**: English Intermedio- ** Software**: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
