At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**SALES FINANCE ANALYST****Which is the main objective of this role?**- Support for the Portfolio Value Maximization and customer annual migration processes.- Support to build-up of field contribution P&L AOP.- Provide visibility of channels performance vs AOP/Fcst/Yago to assure the accomplishment of PMF targets through the Net Revenue, Sales Financial Envelope and P&L/FC by channel reports and weekly reports/decks.**What will you be doing?**- Accountable for major PMF projects- Understand the operation and process dynamics of the functions and the D&A.- Be the point of contact for the Sales Finance manager to provide information, databases and comprehensive financial analysis of main projects in PMF.- Ensure compliance with the government model established for execution and control of AOP, PSP, Forecast and monthly closings.- Support in the build up of AOP and PSP processes, using the corresponding financial templates, reports, and financial analysis.- Contribute to identify risks and opportunities in the P&L function or P&L line in advance, and present a recommendation with potential solution scenarios.- Maintenance of cost centers and debugging of expense hierarchies.- Manage and control de A&M and S&D budget for WHSL, ensuring compliance with the government model established for execution and control of AOP, Forecast and monthly closings.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Education: Economy, Administration, Finance, Business, Accounting or Engineering.- Experience in areas of, Finance, Financial Planning.- Analytical thinking- Communication skills (Multidisciplinary at all levels) - Create an inclusive culture- English - advanced level business conversations- Office Excel Advanced (Macros, Models, etc.), Power Point.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
