**Location**: San Pedro, Garza Garcia, Presencial.**Job Type**: Full-time**Job Summary**:A Global Company is looking for a **Billing Manager** to lead and oversee billing operations within our **Shared Service Center (SSC)**. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing billing processes across multiple business units. The Billing Manager will work closely with finance, sales, operations, and IT teams to enhance workflows, resolve disputes, and drive automation to improve efficiency.**Key Responsibilities:Billing Operations & Revenue Integrity**:- Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in invoice generation, validation, and distribution.- Manage customer account setup, pricing validation, and alignment of payment terms with contractual agreements and company policies.- Monitor unbilled revenue and proactively resolve backlogs or discrepancies to maintain a timely invoicing process and optimize cash flow.- Work with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations) to validate complex pricing models, tax implications, and contractual adjustments.**Dispute Resolution & Customer Relations**:- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by identifying root causes, working with stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions.- Serve as the escalation point for customer billing inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.- Oversee the credit memo and invoice correction processes, ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls.**Data Integrity, Compliance & Reporting**:- Maintain billing data integrity within the ERP system, ensuring compliance with **SOX, GAAP**, and corporate financial controls.- Conduct audits of billing transactions, identifying inconsistencies, correcting errors, and implementing process improvements.- Develop and maintain billing performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.**Process Improvement & Automation**:- Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows through automation and enhanced system functionality.- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize ERP billing modules and implement system upgrades.- Support digital transformation initiatives, reducing manual processes and improving reporting accuracy.**Qualifications & Experience**:- **Experience**: 5+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or finance, preferably in a shared services or centralized finance environment.- **Previous experience** managing a billing team or leading process improvements in a high-volume invoicing environment.- **Strong knowledge** of billing automation tools, ERP systems, and financial reporting software.**Skills & Competencies**:✔ Strong leadership and team management abilities.✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.✔ Effective communication and customer service skills.✔ Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.✔ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Above-law benefits.- Career growth opportunities in a global company.- Dynamic and professional work environment.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $21,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
