As a Full Stack Developer with React on ADI's Digital Experience Team you will support growth efforts of the ADI Digital Experience. You will design, build, and deliver features and functionality that will drive a first-class customer experience on ADI's global website and digital platforms.**JOB DUTIES**:- Analysis and Design - Transforms high-level design in to low-level design, and implementation.- Work with both internal and external teams to properly define/clarify business requirements, development estimation, and work plan finalization- Work with Quality Assurance Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change control**YOU MUST HAVE**:- +2 Years experience in React, React/Redux- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Self-starter with excellent communication skills in **English**:- Experience designing and developing in:- C#/ASP.NET- MS SQL Server- Azure app services / web related products on Azure- React, React/Redux- Entity Framework, MVC, Web API, LINQ, SQL- Understanding of API security Identity, SSO/SAML- Web app performance tuning- Familiarity with automated testing- Innate curiosity and a willingness to roll your sleeves up with a team to solve problems.A highly experimental mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty or ambiguity.**WE VALUE**:- Development Experience with Insitesoft B2B e-commerce platform- Integration experience with multiple systems- Angular JavaScript, Typescript,JQUERY, devops- Advanced node app configuration- Data engineer systems exposure- Experience participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams- Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal- Strong people skills- Experience/background with B2B/DistributionCreativity and problem-solving skills to work around obstacles and solve problems with mínimal direction**WHAT'S IN FOR YOU**:- Great work environment and exceptional Resideo benefitsAbility to grow into different areas of the organization based on expertise and interest.LI-AA1LI-Remote
