Working with multiple internal departments, the Title Coordinator ensures that we are delivering timely and exceptional customer service to both sellers and buyers by complying with customs regulations and working to resolve any challenges that may arise within this business process.- In this position you'll:_- Validate Commercial Invoices & Pedimentos (IGI, IGE, DTA, Tariff, Quantity and Description), Import and Export taxes according to IMMEX.- Provide to the Customs Broker the documentation and instructions to import/export equipment.- Coordination, tracking and follow up of shipments.- Review suppliers expense accounts.- Prepare the budget of the importation taxes to be paid each week.- Here's what you bring:_- Bachelor's degree in international trade, international business, foreign trade, or related field- Knowledge of Import process, Customs clearance, Logistics & Incoterms.- Customer service experience preferably- This job will require you to:_- Supervise customs clearance.- Coordinate shipments.- Communicate with suppliers, business partners and customers.- English fluent- **What we offer**:- Our success is built on the drive and dedication of our people. Trabajando con múltiples departamentos internos, el Coordinador de Títulos se asegura de que estamos ofreciendo un servicio al cliente oportuno y excepcional tanto a los vendedores como a los compradores, cumpliendo con las regulaciones aduaneras y trabajando para resolver cualquier desafío que pueda surgir dentro de este proceso de negocio.- En este puesto deberás:- Validar las Facturas Comerciales y Pedimentos (IGI, IGE, DTA, Arancel, Cantidad y Descripción), Impuestos de Importación y Exportación de acuerdo al IMMEX.- Proporcionar al Agente Aduanal la documentación e instrucciones para importar/exportar equipos.- Coordinar, rastrear y dar seguimiento a los embarques.- Revisar las cuentas de gastos de los proveedores.- Elaborar el presupuesto de los impuestos de importación a pagar cada semana.Esto es lo que aporta- Licenciatura en comercio internacional, negocios internacionales, comercio exterior o campo relacionado.- Conocimiento del proceso de importación, despacho de aduanas, logística e incoterms.- Experiência en atención al cliente preferiblementeEste trabajo requerirá que usted:- Supervisar el despacho de aduanas.- Coordinar los envíos.- Comunicarse con proveedores, socios comerciales y clientes.- Inglés fluidoLo que ofrecemos:- Nuestro éxito se basa en el impulso y la dedicación de nuestra gente.
