Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:The R2R CoE consists of control related roles as well as accounting expert roles within R2R processes; primarily role of the CoE is to ensure R2R Controls and Policy adherence for respective R2R areas operated from Global Hub. Perform daily CoE tasks and activities re. control & validation as well as process expertise, in order to deliver target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics (for respective area of responsibility)**This position reports to**:Finance Delivery Manager - GA**Your responsibilities**:- KPI orientation, by timely performing tasks for respective area of responsibility.- Act as control performer for internal controls for respective R2R areas.- Use continuous improvement methodologies to deliver the scope of the role.- Remain in contact with the business stakeholders with the needs of businesses.- Engage, cooperate and consult relevant stakeholders in process improvement.- Knowledge and understanding of business continuity plan (BCP) for Global R2R operations.- Understanding of continuous improvement & performance of processes in a standardized & efficient manner.**Your background**:- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related.- Minimum of 3 years of operational experience.- Knowledge of E2E R2R processes.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on multiple tracks/projects.- Knowledge of major technological platforms in ABB and tools like Celonis, etc.- Good ability to identify root causes of issues and get them solved in a collaborative manner.**More about us**:
