Qualifications- 5 years of experience as a high performing leader (preferably in Materials Supervision) with evidence of growing responsibilities- Understanding of LEAN concepts- 5+ years of direct supervision- Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as SAP or Oracle- Experience supervising teams of at least 10 Team Members- Experience using Kanban with an understanding of Just-in-Time- Bachelor’s Degree- Demonstrated knowledge and competence in concepts, principles, and standard practices in Supply Chain Management, Material Handling, Inventory Control and Lean Manufacturing- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills- Sufficient human relations skills to conduct one-on-one training, resolve conflict, and achieve harmony with a large group of Team Members.
