TasksInfor M3 MFG ConsultantGuadalajara, Mexico ( Hybrid)12months+ Contract with possible extension**Key Responsibilities**:**Collaborate with Clients**: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with Infor WFM functionality.**System Design and Configuration**: Design and configure Infor WFM solutions to meet client needs, including modules such as Time & Attendance, Multi-View Scheduler, and more.**Testing and Quality Assurance**: Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the solution meets client expectations.**User Training and Support**: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of the system.**Project Management**: Oversee implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.**Documentation**: Prepare detailed documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides.**Continuous Improvement**: Work with the team to continuously improve processes, methodologies, and solutions.**Requirements**:**Primary Skill**:Business Process Analysis, System Configuration and Customization & Data Migration and Integration.Experience in data migration, integration, and working with backend databases**Secondary skill**:Understanding of the technical aspects of Infor M3 and related integrationsAs an Infor WFM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Infor Workforce Management solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
