Our teams in El Marqués, Querétaro leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver world-class products and solutions.About the RoleAs a Manufacturing Engineer I, you’ll play a vital role in advancing Watlow’s business strategy by implementing lean manufacturing principles, developing new production processes, and supporting initiatives that drive operational excellence.You’ll be part of a team focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction, helping ensure that our engineering practices meet the highest industry standards. Your work will directly impact efficiency, product quality, and lead time reduction across our operations.If you’re passionate about problem-solving, process optimization, and hands-on engineering, this is the place to grow your career.What You’ll Do- Implement and support lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.- Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to enhance quality and efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) and production scaling.- Conduct PFMEA analyses and identify opportunities for risk reduction.- Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing operations, addressing production challenges in real time.- Drive projects that lead to cost savings, process reliability, and customer satisfaction.**What we are looking for**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (internship and professional).- Experience with vision systems, programming, and electrical/electronic technologies.- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.- Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools.- Experience with PFMEA, process documentation, and project management.- Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and take initiative in fast-paced environments.Our Watlow Total Rewards Plan offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a work environment focused on learning, continuous improvement, and long-term development.**Our benefits include**:- Life, medical,dental and vision insurance.- Food Vouchers 10%- Transportation- Saving fund 13%- Cafeteria, and more.- Vacation prime 50%
