We focus on four essential areas to progress: cultivating leaders, empowering youth, strengthening institutions, and increasing access to quality education and information.Are you the next member of our team?**Role Summary**The M&E Officer leads design and implementation of the project’s performance monitoring, evaluation, and learning agenda to measure results and drive continuous improvement. This role ensures evidence-based decision-making and adaptive management across all project activities.**Key Responsibilities**- Design, implement, and operate the full M&E system from project initiation to closeout, including logic model/results framework, performance indicators, baseline and targets.- Facilitate strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator design, target setting, reporting, and development of performance monitoring plans.- Lead learning and adaptation processes, including cross-team learning and sense-making workshops.- Develop and refine data collection tools, oversee data quality assurance, and perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis.- Produce timely M&E reports for USDOL and project stakeholders and contribute to sustainability planning.**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, demographics, public policy, international development, economics, social sciences, or a related field.- Five (5)+ years of senior M&E experience on international donor-funded projects.- Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from start-up through closeout.- Experience facilitating and coordinating learning and adaptation processes.- Strong skills in data collection tool design and data analysis.- Experience working in or supporting projects in Mexico and familiarity with the project’s focus areas preferred.- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, oral and written.Position contingent on funding.kJBSBquYvp
