AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize intelligent solutions within our Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a key role in defining the architecture, strategy, and technical direction for AI-driven initiatives, leveraging Azure AI and Data Services to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. Responsibilities Architecture & Delivery Design end-to-end AI and microservices architectures using Azure technologies (AKS, Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure OpenAI) Build agentic architectures (LLM + agents) leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Azure AI Agents Translate proof-of-concepts (PoCs) into reusable products, SDKs, and starter repositories for internal and client-facing use DevOps & Operations Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring code quality, automated testing, and security integration Manage containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS, ensuring observability via Application Insights or Prometheus Data & AI Architect and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Fabric, integrating structured, unstructured, and vectorized data sources Design and maintain vector stores (Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, pgvector) and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows Apply LLMs and Azure OpenAI for intelligent automation, semantic search, and contextual reasoning Security & Compliance Enforce best practices in identity, access, and data security using Azure AD/OIDC, RBAC, and Key Vault Ensure compliance with information security and data protection standards, and promote a culture of responsible AI and governance Discovery & Roadmapping Conduct process discovery, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis to identify automation and AI opportunities Define quick wins, long-term roadmaps, and integration strategies aligned with business priorities Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in software and cloud architecture (strong focus on Azure Cloud) Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and agile methodologies Azure AI & Data Services: Azure OpenAI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Synapse, Data Factory, Fabric Workflow automation and orchestration: ServiceNow, Power Automate Data platforms: Databricks, Microsoft Storages, Gen2, SQL Server Microservices & Messaging: APIM, Service Bus, Kafka, event-driven architecture DevOps & IaC: Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD (ADO or GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes (AKS) GenAI & Agentic Development: LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI, vector search, Azure AI Agents Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Certifications in Azure, or solution architecture frameworks are a plus Benefits A stable, long-term contract with opportunities for career growth Private health insurance A remote-friendly culture that promotes work-life balance Continuous training, mentorship, and learning programs to keep you at the forefront of the industry Free access to AI training resources and state-of-the-art AI tools to elevate your daily work A flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) policy as well as paid holiday days Challenging, world-class software projects for clients in the US and LatAm Collaboration with some of the most talented software engineers in Latin America and the US, in a diverse work environment Join Devsu and discover a workplace that values your growth, supports your well-being, and empowers you to make a global impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
