De eso se trata **_\#LifeAtCummins_**.Estamos buscando un(a) talentoso(a) ANALISTA DE NÓMINA para unirse a nuestro equipo especializado en RECURSOS HUMANOS para nuestro departamento de NÓMINAS en SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MEXICO.**Qualifications**Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitarás lo siguiente:- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración o afines.- Al menos 2 año de experiência en procesos de nómina para industria manufacturera.- Buen conocimiento de IMSS, ISR y LFT.- Conocimiento del funcionamiento y gestión de tiempos y asistencias.- Experiência con ERP de nómina y asistencia.- Manejo de office.- Habilidades de colaboración multidisciplinar.- Priorización de requerimientos- Comunicación efectiva- Trabajo en equipo- Disponibilidad para laborar temporalmente (6 meses)- Conocimiento de SAP, es un plus.- Inglés intermedio.- Posición temporal: 6 meses.**Responsibilities**En este rol, tendrás un impacto de las siguientes formas:- Administra y procesa nóminas de acuerdo con los procedimientos internos.- Garantiza que las nóminas sean calculadas y pagadas en tiempo y forma; garantiza el cálculo adecuado de impuestos y deducciones.- Proporciona soporte al cliente en las instalaciones, incluidos los pagos fuera de ciclo y de reemplazo necesarios.- Garantiza el cumplimiento con controles internos sobre sistemas de nómina y cumplimiento con impuestos y otras legislaciones relacionadas con las nóminas.**Job** Human Resources**Organization** Cummins Inc.**Role Category** Hybrid**Job Type** Exempt - Entry Level**ReqID** **Relocation Package** No
